If you're interested, please read the following first:
E-mail me with as much descriptive information as possible (not a whole novel's worth obviously..).
Please send any reference pictures as links or attachments. Please keep attachments small.
In the e-mail, remember to include the media you want your picture in. (Pencil, ink, special paper, etc.)
Keep requests decent. Tasteful nudity and mild violence are accepted, but please use good judgment.
Commissions for more adult images will need to be discussed on an individual basis. Definitely nothing illegal or depicting illegal acts, and you will need to prove you are of legal age in your area.
This may sound a little mean, but I have the right to refuse to draw any picture for whatever reason. (I'm a nice person, I probably won't say no, unless I'm totally swamped with work.)
I get really busy sometimes, so please be patient. I'll let you know an estimated time frame if I accept the commission, and I will e-mail you with my progress along the way.
When you e-mail me the details, I'll reply to let you know if I can accept, with a price estimate, and you will be put on the commission que to temporarily save you a spot. If the price seems fair, send the payment and you will be added to the official commission que.
I will not begin a commission until payment, in part or in full, is received. Full payment is required before you receive the finished product.
Through the progress of the picture, I may send small scans to make sure the picture looks how you want it before I finish it. Usually during/after the sketching stage, and inking stage.
I retain all reproduction rights. (Prints, publication, etc.) You may only reproduce the image for personal use, unless we agree on other terms.
You may ask to buy the reproduction rights if you wish to use the image for commercial use. Additional pricing for that will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
By default, images will be on standard white 8.5x11 printer/copier paper. If you would like your image on another size, color, or type of paper (Bristol Board, charcoal paper, watercolor paper, canvas, 9x12, 11x14, larger, etc.), then let me know and I will try to obtain that. Additional charges may apply. (Not much. Probably a dollar or something, depending on the paper.)
The sketching stage is the time to make changes! If the pose or something is wrong, let me know. Remind me of details if they're missing or incorrect. Sketches are easy to fix or completely redo. Minor fixes in the inking or coloring stages are fine, too. (Especially on digital images) However, if you completely change your mind on pose/color/something major after you've already given the "okay" on the sketches, and I've started inking/coloring, such major changes will result in extra charges.
By requesting a commission from me, you are entering a legal contract. Canceling the contract after work has already begun will result in a bill for work completed. Example: You commission a marker-colored picture at $35. I've completed concepts, a final sketch which you've approved, and I have begun inking. You decide you no longer want this picture for whatever reason, and tell me to cancel. You will still owe me $10, as I did completely finish the sketching stage, and shipping charges if you want the completed material mailed to you.
